American Machinery is pleased to present a planned maintenance program to service your lift truck equipment fleet. The American Machinery Planned Maintenance (AM/PM) program will provide a planned maintenance schedule, routine servicing, comprehensive inspections, written report of findings, and associated discounts on selected services.

Your company will receive the following features and benefits from this unique program:

• Complete periodic maintenance servicing per the Basic Service Checklist. This service includes specified filter and fluid changes along with all scheduled adjustments.
• Perform a complete and comprehensive multi-point inspection report. This report is designed to highlight areas of concern before major repairs are needed. All inspection reports will be submitted in writing.
• A written summary of the maintenance visit including any recommended repairs will be presented. A dated sticker will be affixed to the machine to notify you of upcoming service dates.
• Should service repairs be necessary that removes your machine from service, American Machinery will provide a discount off the current rental rate for a replacement lift truck in association with necessary service repairs.
• American Machinery also provides radio-dispatched journeyman field service technicians available to for immediate response.

American Machinery's commitment is subject to initial machine inspection. Program participation can be terminated with a 60 day written notice.
